The making video of Reliance Jio’s new smartphone JioPhone Next was recently released by the company. Many features of the phone were also reported from the JioPhone Next making a video. Now Google CEO Sundar Pichai has said that Jio Phone will be launched on Diwali.

Pragati OS
JioPhone Next has been prepared in partnership with Google and Jio. Google has specially designed a new operating system (OS) named Pragati OS and it is based on Android For JioPhone Next.
“I am so proud of this new OS. All of us are. It has some of the coolest new features specially translated now. I can speak in one language, and the phone will translate that into another language,” JioPhone Next product management Binish Parangodath said.

Sundar Pichai Statement on Jio Phone Next
Sundar Pichai has said in a statement about JioPhone Next that it will prove to be the foundation of India’s digital transformation. He further said that in the next three to five years this smartphone will dominate the Indian market and the main reason for this will be the price and features of the phone. Pichai said that people want to use smartphones instead of feature phones. There is also a lot of demand for such phones in the market but the phone is not available.

Voice Assistant
Talking about the features of this new smartphone of Jio, then it has a voice assistant. The voice assistant helps users to operate the phone (like open apps, manage settings, etc.) as well as easily accessible information/content/media content from the internet in their own language. Apart from this, with the help of this feature, you will be able to search for something on the phone even by speaking. JioPhone Next will have a translation feature working in 10 Indian languages.

Smart Camera
According to the company’s claim, the JioPhone Next has a ‘Smart and Powerful Camera’ with various photography modes including a portrait mode. If the user wants, keep his subject in focus, he can blur the background around him in auto mode, this captures great pictures. The phone will get a 13-megapixel rear camera. Night mode allows phone users to take great pictures even in dim light. The camera app comes pre-loaded with the Indian Augmented Reality filter. That is, many filters come pre-loaded in the camera.
Jio and Google Apps Preloaded
All available Android apps can be used on the device. Which can be downloaded to the device through Google Play Store. Thus they have the freedom to choose any app from the millions of apps available on the Play Store. The phone also comes preloaded with several Jio and Google applications.
