Telegram’s recent update has made some new modification like video Calls with up to 1000 Viewers, Video Playback Speed and more. Although these features are available to phone applications only not desktop. lets take a look what these new updates are-
Telegram’s Group Video Calls 2.0
New update will allow users to make a Group Video Calls up to 1000 video viewers, as well as unlimited audio-only listeners.
To start a Group Video Call, create a Voice Chat from the ⋮ menu in the profile of any group where you are an admin — then turn your video on.
Video Playback Speed
It was very recent update in WhatsApp where user can listen the audio at 1x, 2x speed, with the new features in Telegram user can play a video at 0.5, 1.5 or 2X playback speed.
To enable this feature Tap ⋯ in the media player to select 0.5, 1.5 or 2X playback speed while viewing a video.
Video Messages 2.0
This feature of Telegram allows user to enjoy higher resolution from video messages in their chats. To enable this-
1- Tap a video message to expand it.
2- Rewind and fast forward video messages when they’re paused.
3- Pinch to zoom while recording a video message with the rear camera.
4- Continue playing music while recording video messages.
5- Tap once on the ‘voice message’ button to switch to video mode, then hold to record and release to send.

Message Sending Animations
• Telegram user can send messages with improved animations – your input text smoothly transforms into the message bubble as it flies into the chat.

Timestamps
• With this feature of Telegram one can add timestamps like ‘0:45’ to video captions and replies to automatically create links that play the video from that specific moment.
• If a video caption includes a timestamp, hold on it to copy a link to that moment.
Screen Sharing with Sound
1- Share your screen in 1-on-1 video calls, as well as group video calls.
2- Audio from your device is included while sharing your screen in any video call.
3- Swipe left or right to select a video source when turning on your camera in any video call.
Apart from the above mentioned features Telegram user can use these features too-
• Enable auto-delete in your chats to remove messages after 1 month (also 1 day or 1 week).
• Easily draw small details in the media editor – the brush now gets smaller as you zoom in.
