The new subtitles feature is currently only available for iOS users. It is not yet known when it will be available for Android users as well. If you want to see the subtitles of a Tweeter’s tweet, you will need to tap on the CC icon in the top right corner of the Voice Tweet window.
The sources said that they added that subtitles appear only on new voice tweets, which basically means that all old tweets have no subtitles (Means No Captions on previous Tweets). Twitter’s microblogging site also offers subtitles in the Twitter space.
